Maureen brings a unique perspective to the Charleston real estate market. Having personally owned and renovated four homes here, she has established contacts with Charleston business leaders and the local community. In addition, through years of international travel in a previous role, she has extensive business and executive contacts worldwide. Most of her career was spent as a senior executive for corporations headquartered on the East Coast.

Maureen has long embraced the unique charm and history of her adopted city. After completing the restoration of her first property here, the property was awarded the prestigious Carolopolis Award for excellence in historic preservation. Her later homes have been featured on the house tours of both the Preservation Society of Charleston and Historic Charleston Foundation.

Today Maureen resides in our beautiful historic district, South of Broad. She continues to support the city’s preservation efforts, and has long been an active supporter of the College of Charleston’s Hospitality and Tourism Department. She’s served on the department’s advisory board for almost 20 years, four as chairperson. Maureen’s drive, leadership and resourcefulness propelled her corporate success. Those same skills, along with her personal experience buying and selling homes in Charleston, serve her real estate clients well today.
